I. Job responsibilities:
1. Complete customer interaction work through online, email or telephone
2. Assist customers to answer questions or provide complete solutions through interaction
3. Actively and effectively promote product discounts through interaction and guide customers to participate in discount activities
4. Improve customer experience, service satisfaction and increase customer loyalty through interaction
5. Maintain good communication and cooperation with various departments, report abnormal problems in time, and reduce customer loss caused by experience problems such as service/technology/product discounts

II. Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, or more than 1 year of customer service or customer marketing work experience
2. Have good MS Office operation skills, Chinese characters are not less than 50 yards per minute
3. Have good language organization skills: clear logic, quick thinking, and positive and proactive
4. Have good customer service awareness, proactive service awareness, and good problem analysis ability
5. Possess good learning and observation abilities
6. Possess good stress resistance, good professional ethics, teamwork
7. No nationality restrictions, females or those with rich customer service experience are preferred
